**Rent Us!**
We have several options available when renting our facilties. And below are listed the options as well as their prices for a day rental.
Patty Birge Room: $100
A medium sized open room which can seat a maximum of about 140 people. We have ten round tables with 6 chairs at each table as well as about 20 more chairs and several long tables. There is also a kitchen adjacent to the Patty Birge room with lots of food preparation room as well as a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
This room has previously been rented for many things such as; Bridal and baby showers, Christmas parties, meetings, receptions for graduations and birthdays and many other things.
The Neville Center: $450
A gorgeous, registered historic, 1920's theater that seats about 850 people with a main floor of about 500 seats and a balcony with about 300.
This space has been rented out for many touring performing groups, bands, weddings, etc. *If you would like to rent us for your next event please contact us for more details. Fees do vary when dealing with more than one day as well as when using more than one part of our facility.
